BIO One-on-One Partnering is proprietary software developed by BIO that allows selected registrants to utilize an online database tool to:

• Search company and investor profiles
• Evaluate potential collaborations and funding opportunities with participating companies
• Communicate directly with prospective investors and senior business and scientific management
• Pre-schedule private one-on-one meetings

With the overall objective of creating a friendly environment to initiate business contacts, scheduled meetings take place in 30-minute intervals in private rooms provided by BIO.  Prior to the conference, pre-scheduled meetings are arranged via BIO One-on-One Partnering and these schedules can be printed for your convenience.

BIO Convention in China 2012 Partnering Statistics

In 2012, the BIO Convention in China attracted a variety of delegates from 22 different countries. Company delegations from China represented over half of all attendees. Of the attending companies, nearly 200 companies participated in BIO One-on-One Partnering. Over 500 BIO One-on-One Partnering^TM meetings took place between these companies. Nearly 65% of the companies involved in Partnering were either biotech or pharmaceutical companies. In addition, nearly 30% of delegates that attended were C-level executives.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before September 19, 2012, (5:00 pm Central Time) to receive a refund. A $395/954 RMB administrative fee  (per registrant) will be deducted from all cancellation refunds. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation requests received after September 19, 2012 will NOT be honored.

Substitutions for US/Europe/Asia: You may make changes to your record or transfer your registration to another individual by clicking on the URL provided in your confirmation email. This feature is available up until October 18, 2012.

Substitutions for China: You may transfer your registration to another individual by sending you request to BIO China Registration Secretariat at biochina@intergroup.co.jp no later than October 18, 2012. Requests after October 18, 2012 will have to be done onsite.

General Information:
Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, receptions and partnering. All attendees must be registered and wearing their name badge onsite to participate in conference activities. Registration may not be shared.

A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.

Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before October 25, 2012 to receive the BIO Member Rate.
