How to Contact the BIO 2003 Press Room

WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 20, 2003) — Journalists attending BIO 2003 — the Biotechnology Industry Organization’s (BIO’s) annual meeting and convention in Washington, D.C., — will have access to the BIO 2003 press room at the Washington, D.C. Convention Center beginning tomorrow, Saturday, June 21.

On-site media registration will begin Saturday, June 21. Media registrants must present valid press credentials with photo identification. The deadline for freelance journalists and Web-based publications has passed, and they will not be admitted.

BIO represents more than 1,000 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations in all 50 U.S. states and 33 other nations. BIO members are involved in the research and development of health care, agricultural, industrial and environmental biotechnology products.
