Technology Transfer
BIO promotes efficient and effective public to private technology transfer mechanisms for the biotechnology community domestically and internationally, including focusing on funding mechanisms to promote Technology Transfer by reviewing and commenting on proposed State and Federal technology transfer legislation, tech-transfer-related regulations from Federal and State agencies, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
