Discounts/Deposits/Room Rates

Discounted Rate for Livestock Biotech Summit Attendees: $124.00/night + tax (Single Rate)

To take advantage of the special Livestock Biotech Summit rates, your reservation(s) must be booked and guaranteed (by check, money order or credit card) by Friday August 17, 2012. After this date, the hotel may charge higher room rates.

All rates are per room, per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting.

Reservation Modification/Cancellation Fees

Cancellations/Modifications will be accepted up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Deposits are refundable if timely notice of cancellation is given and a cancellation number is issued. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, will be charged one night room and tax.
