Presentation FAQs

Q: Who can present?
A: Business executives, government officials, academic researchers, and industry leaders from throughout the industrial biotech space. Service providers will not be considered, but should email our Sponsorship Team to discuss alternative ways to highlight your initiatives with a dedicated team member.

Q: Do I need to register to attend the BIO World Congress before submitting my presentation application?
A: You can apply to present before you register for the conference, or vice-versa.

Q: Are there any additional fees associated with presenting?
A: Company presenters must register at the speaker registration rate, plus pay an additional presentation fee of $300. 

Q: Why present?
A: This is a great way to reach out to a global audience to increase your visibility in the biotech world, as well as create more partnering meetings with investors and executives. Presenting companies tend to receive more than twice the amount of meeting requests than non-presenting companies, and end up scheduling close to twice as many meetings!

A: Presentations are open to all BIO World Congress attendees. 

Q: Where will the presentations be held at the event?
A: The presentations will be held in a designated room located in the education hall.
