How to Register

  • Before registering, please be sure to read this entire webpage including registration rates & policies.

  • Register using a paper form -  Fill out & print out this form, then fax it to the number on the bottom of the form: (202) 488-6309, attn: IPCC Registration

  • Once your registration and payment have been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email which will contain a receipt for your records. Contact Robin Lucas with questions.

There are 3 different registration categories. The BIO IPCC Conference is designed to provide the best possible experience for all attendees. BIO limits certain categories of registration to ensure an appropriate balance of participant types. As a result, certain categories may close early or have additional requirements for registration. Do not purchase airline tickets or reserve your hotel room until after you have received confirmation of your registration. Please read the following descriptions to determine your category.
 
Category 1: Core Research & Development Companies

Category 2: Service Providers

Registration Category Descriptions and Details

Category 1: Core Research & Development Companies
Corporations or other entities that use biotechnology or related technologies for research and development of products or information.
 
*NOTE: Is this your first time attending the BIO IPCC Conference? Contact us today to find out more about a special rate.
 
Category 2: Service Providers
Corporations or other entities that provide services or products to companies. Service providers include investment and merchant bankers and representatives of law, accounting, consulting, real estate development, and economics development organizations. 
 
Please note, there is a ONE PERSON LIMIT per Service Provider company/organization. If your company wishes to send a second person, please contact us to find out if this is possible.
 
Early registration is encouraged within this category. Registration openings within the Service Provider category may be limited in BIO’s sole discretion and thus may fill early.
 
Category 3: Academic & Government
Attendees employed by accredited government or academic institutions. Attendee must show proof through business card or ID on-site.

Registration Policy

Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, and receptions, unless otherwise noted on the program agenda. The registration fee does not include a sleeping room reservation at the conference hotel. All attendees must be registered and wearing their name badges on-site to participate in conference activities. Registrations are personal to the individual registered, and may not be shared.
 
You may make changes to your record or transfer your registration to another individual by clicking on the URL provided in your confirmation email. These requests can be accommodated up until February 4, 2016.
A government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.
 
Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before March 30, 2016, to receive the BIO Member Rate.  To learn more about BIO membership, please visit bio.org/join. To find out if your company is a BIO member, please contact Robin Lucas at rlucas@bio.org.
 
Cancellation: We are unable to provide any refunds for cancellation. However, you may be permitted to transfer your registration to the following IP Counsels Committee Fall 2016 Conference if your transfer request is received prior to February 4, 2016.
