BIO has reserved a block of hotel rooms for BIO Asia attendees at the conference hotel, the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, located in the lively international district, Roppongi Hills. Group rates will be available until Friday, February 7 or until the block is filled – whichever comes first.

Standard King or Double : JPY 48,000

All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check out: currently a 15% service charge, 10% consumption tax, and JPY 200 per person nightly accommodation tax.

Cancellation Policy: The Grand Hyatt Tokyo will enforce a (5) day cancellation policy prior to the check in time (3:00 pm Tokyo time/GMT) of your arrival date.  Reservations cancelled less than (5) days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
